St. Laurentius was a cornerstone of the Fishtown Polish community of Philadelphia for over a century. Built in 1882, and since it had been iconic for its beautiful facade and towers. Neighbors had fought for the church to be saved, but the owner and Philadelphia L&I agreed it was structurally unsound.
These gorgeous chandeliers lit the worship space, filling it with light from above. They have been fit with electric lights to glow through the marbled glass sides. Of the 11, we have 8 remaining for purchase.
