This poster is from the painting of the Virgin Mary with baby Jesus comes from the church Our Lady of the Rosary in West Philadelphia. Original size; 67” tall x 48” wide, on Masonite. The church was built in 1887, with the painting being installed sometime in its infancy. It’s by Nicola D’Ascenzo, an Italian-American stained glass maker and artisan. His work dots the east coast, including the memorial chapel at Valley Forge National Park. .
